Use accounts and content you are authorized to manage, follow connected-platform rules, and review content before publishing. You remain responsible for your content and publishing decisions.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Videmak Agentic Social, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, maintaining accurate information, and all activity performed through your account or workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification to protect an account.
3. Connected accounts and authority
You may connect only social accounts, pages, profiles, or channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize us to communicate with connected platforms and perform actions at your direction within the permissions you grant. You must comply with each connected platform’s terms, policies, and technical limits.
4. Your content and publishing decisions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing content, obtaining necessary rights and approvals, and deciding whether and when it should be published.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware, spam, deception, or unlawful content; evade platform restrictions; interfere with service security; access accounts without authorization; scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service; or place unreasonable load on our systems.
6. AI-assisted features
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. They are drafts, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-assisted output before use or publication.
7. Third-party services
Connected social networks, payment providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability, permissions, interfaces, or decisions may change outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Plans, billing, and changes
Paid features, prices, renewal periods, taxes, cancellation terms, and limits are presented before purchase. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice where required. Except where law or the applicable purchase terms require otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
9. Availability and suspension
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or restrict access to protect users or the service, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to platform changes.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or particular results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform actions. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material violations, security threats, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to admin@videmak.org.
